TÜV Academy Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you must cancel your attendance at any training course offered by TÜV Academy, the following cancellation policy shall apply:
Webinars (Paid):
- If you cancel up to 5 business days prior to the webinar date, a $50 processing fee will be charged.
- If you cancel within 5 business days you will receive a 50% refund of the webinar cost.
- Cancellations the day of the webinar, no cancellation or no shows will be responsible for 100% of the registration fee.
- You may have an alternate attend at no charge, or transfer attendance dates to another webinar offered by TÜV depending upon availability and space. Transfers must be made prior to the webinar date.
Public Training:
- If you cancel up to 30 calendar days prior to the start date of the course, you will receive a full refund of the course fee.
- If you cancel within 14 calendar days of the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the course fee.
- Cancellations requested less than 14 days prior to the course start date will be responsible for 100% of the course fee.
- You may contact TÜV up to 14 calendar days prior to the course to have an alternate attend at no charge, or to make arrangements to transfer to another course.
- When a transfer request is made, a new course date must be provided.
TÜV Academy reserves the right to cancel any scheduled training. In the event of a cancellation, the customer has the option of a 100% refund or transfer to an alternate available course. TÜV does not assume any responsibility for technical, travel and/or other associated costs.
